Scott Bullock, clinical director at the Lindner Center of HOPE, will hold two free seminars on Trends in Teen Stress, Depression and Anxiety at the Friendship United Methodist Church in September.
There will be an adult seminar on Wednesday, Sept. 20 from 6:30-8:30 p.m., and a breakfast and seminar for teens on Sunday, Sept. 24 from 10:15 a.m. to noon.
The seminars will cover:
- The signs and symptoms of stress in teens,
- Coping tips, and
- How to support the youth of our community.
