Wyoming’s popular Bourbon, Blues + BBQ is Saturday, June 5, from 6-10 p.m., and new this year, the event will be held on the Village Green.
Enjoy bourbon tasting on Station Family + BBQ’s patio from 7-9 p.m. (a pre-purchased tasting ticket is required). There will be live music from Misterman & The Mojo Band, 7-10 p.m. in the gazebo, with food and beverages available for purchase.
Spirits Specialists Tiernan Hogan (a new Wyoming resident) and Eric Brown will be pouring some delightful “brown water” from the great bourbon houses of Kentucky. Your tasting ticket includes samples of: Elijah Craig Small Batch, 1792 Small Batch, Four Roses Single Barrel, Maker’s Mark 101, and New Riff Rye. In addition, a few tickets remain for a VIP Tasting of rare and vintage bourbons, 5:30-6:30 p.m., preceding the main event.
No tickets are required for the music, camaraderie, food, and other drinks on the Village Green. Station’s full bar will be open and their regular menu will be available. There will also be a barbecue pizza specially created for the event by Gabby’s, topped with barbecue from Station. Cowboy Cones will be open for dessert.

A silver lining of the COVID pandemic is that our community has come to really value our Wyoming green spaces, and people are now gathering more often at the Village Green.”
Director of Recreation and Citizen Engagement Rachel Leininger was also enthusiastic about partnering with local businesses and utilizing the space at the Village Green. “While we have traditionally hosted this event at the Wyoming Civic Center, we decided instead to take advantage of the designated outdoor refreshment area (DORA) and have the event outside at the Village Green. This COVID-friendly venue offers the perfect solution for partnering with Wyoming businesses in a safe and fun way!”
